THE VISION.
The TENT School of Ministry is a safe haven which serves to bless the residents on the island as well as all who step foot onto the premises. Whether visiting for missions, camps, programs, or spiritual retreats, the vision is for all who enter to leave spiritually revitalized and refreshed.
“This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In this place, desolate and without people or animals—in all its towns there will again be pastures for shepherds to rest their flocks. In the towns of the hill country, of the western foothills and of the Negev, in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem and in the towns of Judah, flocks will again pass under the hand of the one who counts them,’ says the Lord." Jeremiah 33:12-13

Serving the CommunityTENT Ministries, Inc. works within communities locally as well as globally to meet the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of families and individuals. We do this by partnering up with organizations, neighboring churches, local precincts, and passionate individuals striving to impact and drive positive change within their own communities. Once we identify these needs, we work together to gather the resources needed in order to meet those needs.
|
Training Up ChaplainsTENT Ministries, Inc. works collaboratively with various chaplaincies to help train and develop new chaplains as well as dispatch qualified chaplains to marginalized communities and high need areas as well as crisis and emergency situations. Our certified chaplains understand the value in ministry of presence and work tirelessly to establish relationships with those we serve on a daily basis in order to minister more effectively.
|
Changing the Face of EvangelismAt TENT Ministries, Inc., one of our greatest missions is to change the face of evangelism. Old- fashioned methods and approaches are not effective. We strongly believe in stepping out of the four walls to bring Jesus to those individuals who would never otherwise step foot into a church, but doing it with love as Jesus did. We focus specialized attention on training passionate individuals in community outreach and evangelism and connecting them to resources to encourage the great commission: "..."Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15.

Dedicated to the long-term recovery of Puerto Rico!
TENT Ministries was on the ground just 4 weeks after the devastating 2017 hurricanes and has been invested in the long term recovery of the island ever since, providing hundreds of medications, a nurse practitioner, over 20,000 water purifying tablets, over 500 sneakers and 300 toys, as well as food and supplies to high need areas. We have also been hands on in rebuilding throughout the island, helping residents to repair their roofs and homes and assisting in demolition and clean up, with the ultimate goal of restoring hope for the people of Puerto Rico. We are dedicated to the long term recovery of the island and it's residents, and the TENT School of Ministry allows us to carry out this purpose.
